There are rivers, streams and lakes that are good for fishing all over Snowdonia.
And the sea of course, which is free of license or permit requirements.
One of my favourite places is Bettws-y-Coed. The woodlands are great and there are good walks along the river all the way along the Conwy Valley past the Swallow Falls and onto the north coast at Conwy….a long walk.

Some areas don’t allow worm baits for trout or salmon.
Spinners and lures can be good for lake trout, and trotting works well on the faster rivers using flavoured dough balls for bait (flour and water dough with a bit of sardine or bovril or whatever mixed in), or with large maggots, or a combo of both.

I’m moving to north Devon on monday for families reason and my grandparents live in westward ho and um finding hard cos dunno if there will be anything for me down there cos I may thinking get my own flat in North Devon or wales in chepstow where I come from but someone told me North Devon ate gorgeous place to live.

As a Devonian i would say it is a lovely place to live – its very picturesque and peaceful. The beaches are nice, and it doesnt take long to get to cornwall which is great for surfing.
However, there is not much of a night life, and shopping is limited as are the jobs. If you’re gonna live in Westward Ho! its very touristy and you might find it a bit tacky as the area had become run down over the years. Also properties are more expensive than many places.
I would do a short term lease to see if you like the area first (dont get tied into a long rental term if you are not gonna like it)

I am doing a diploma in child care and one of my assignments is to investigate the babysitters in my area.
well it is actually becoming more of a think that child day care centres have baby sitters in house so to speak so that parents feel happier knowing that the children already know the person to some extent. The problem I have is that I do not leave near any spars or anything like that and i can not walk in to child care settings and schools just to look at bullitin boards with being a 21 year old with no children doing a course.

I see a lot of advertizements for people wanting to babysit in my local spar shop. Also, noticeboards in schools/colleges should have some info. Babysitters are usually just friends of the family though these days arent they? or an older sibling? With my neice its just word of mouth, whoevers free has her!!

When i saw the urologist three yrs ago he told me ater my treatment everything was back to normal. Ive been in pain for three years and kept getting told it was in my head. It was only 6wks ago that i found out off a different urologist that it wasnt fine that i had this problem and it was noted three years ago and i should of had theses tests done three years ago but they lost me in the system and consquently terminated it. ive also a prolapse they wont touch that despite major pain etc coz urology have my notes and until they release them they cant do anything. Do i have the rite to complain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have the right to complain under the patients charter.North Wales nhs have failed in their duty of care.You may also have a case for the pain and suffering you have gone through for the last three years which may have been avoided had the correct careplan been followed.

Can anyone within the conwy or llanduno area please tell me if the can get digital and what they did to get it. we have 2 digital ready tv’s 1 digital box and one with it all pre installed. but when we come to find the channels we are told that we need to increase the signal strength. and now they have turned off the analog telly singal we can only get TV downstairs on sky.
